Skillet Chicken Potatoes with Water Spanich

This recipe for 2 or 3 people 


Potatoes - 4 (small) -400g - Dice 1 inch
Chicken breast- 300g -Dice 1 inch
Water Spinach - 200g/300g
Cooking oil - 3 to 4 spoons
Big onion/ Holand onion - 1 - Dice small. 
Thai pepper - 7-8 - slices 
salt and sugar


Clean all ingredients, Heat a pan and put cooking oil. Then fry onion and Thai pepper until fragrant and aromatic. put potatoes and chicken. pinch of salt and 1 table spoon of sugar. mix well and cover the pan. make sure stir for every minutes until the chicken is cooked. about 10 minutes.. After that open the lid cover. put the water spinach and mix about a minutes. done ready for serving.
