Skillet Chicken Potatoes with Water Spanich

This recipe for 2 or 3 people 


Ingredients:

Potatoes - 4 (small) -400g - Dice 1 inch
Chicken breast- 300g -Dice 1 inch
Water Spinach - 200g/300g
Cooking oil - 3 to 4 spoons
Big onion/ Holand onion - 1 - Dice small. 
Thai pepper - 7-8 - slices 
salt and sugar

Preparation:

Clean all ingredients, Heat a pan and put cooking oil. Then fry onion and Thai pepper until fragrant and aromatic. put potatoes and chicken. pinch of salt and 1 table spoon of sugar. mix well and cover the pan. make sure stir for every minutes until the chicken is cooked. about 10 minutes.. After that open the lid cover. put the water spinach and mix about a minutes. done ready for serving.

Labu Merah Masak lemak cili / Spices Milky Pumpkin

AS rasa blog ni dah jadi blog masakan dah.. hehehe

Bahan-bahan:

Labu merah - telah dipotong kecil - 500g (Size 1" to 2" cube)
Cili kisar - 2 sudu
Udang kering / Ikan bilis kering - 3 to 4 sudu (tumbuk/ kisar) 
Bawang merah - 2 ulas (Tumbuk/Kisar/Hiris)
Santan pekat 200ml
Air - 300mml
Minyak masak - 2 to 3 sudu
Cili padi - ikut suka
Garam

Cara-cara:

Panaskan minyak kedalam periuk kemudian tumis udang kering/ bilis kering bersama bawang merah sehingga keperangan atau naik bau.. Kemudian masukan cili kisar tumis sehingga masak. Letak  air dan masuk labu merah dan cili padi.. Masak sehingga Labu empuk  kemudian masukan garam dan santan. biarkan mendidih 1-2 minit boleh matikan api dan dihidang
